Ready for Phase 2 When:

Negative accounts deleted or disputes in progress
Chex/EWS cleared (if applicable)
Real bank account open
3–5 primary tradelines added and reporting (secured cards, credit builders)
At least 1 installment account reporting (credit builder loan or rent reporting)
All 3 FICO scores above 620 (ideally 680+)
No new collections or negative items added
Utilization under 30% across all accounts
FTC Identity Theft Report filed (if 4-Day Sweep was used)
CFPB complaint filed (if applicable)
